Tenina.com's Herb and Lemon Marinade for Lamb

Need

1 spring onion, quartered
1 Handful flat leaf parsley
3 fresh oregano leaves only (or 1 tsp dry)
1 fresh rosemary sprig, leaves only
1 small Handful fresh mint
4 cloves garlic
100 Gram Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Zest 1 lemon, finely grated
Flesh 1 lemon (seeds removed)
1 Teaspoon pink salt flakes or to taste
black pepper freshly ground to taste
2 Tablespoon whey (optional)
Lemon wedges to serve

Do

Add all ingredients to TM bowl.
Blend 10 sec/speed6. Scrape down lid and sides of bowl.
Blend 10 sec/speed 7. Scrape down lid and sides of bowl.
Blend 10 sec/speed 8. Add marinade to lamb, coat well and leave in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Cook lamb on BBQ, under grill or in oven until cooked to your preference.
