Place pork mince, hoisin and cornflour into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Sit for 10 minutes.
To make the sauce, place half of the pineapple into the Thermomix bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrape lid and sides of bowl. Cook 15 min/80°C/speed 1. Puree 10 sec/speed 10.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar and honey. Cook 8 min/Varoma/speed 1. Set aside.
Place onion, garlic and EVOO in the Thermomix bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 6. Saute 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.
Insert Butterfly. Add mince. Cook *5 min/Varoma/Butterfly/speed soft. Scrape mince off Butterfly as needed.
Add pineapple, capsicum and the sauce. Cook 6 min/Varoma/Butterfly/speed soft.
Soften Hokkien noodles as per packet instructions. Set aside.
Toss everything together in a large bowl, including spring onions and sesame seeds.
