Tenina.com's Rhubarb Orange Crumble



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with paper.

  2. Dice the rhubarb and toss with remaining ingredients.

  3. Roast for 30-40 minutes until sticky and fragrant.

  4. Top with crumble of choice and bake for a further 20 minutes.

  5. Serve with ice cream, custard or whipped cream, or even all of the above!
