Coarse Polenta
To be accurate, polenta is actually a dish, as opposed to an ingredient, and polenta is the Italian dish made from cornmeal. But for our purposes, polenta is sold in Australia as just that is usually bright yellow in appearance. Coarse polenta will take longer to cook than instant polenta and has a nicer texture as a result of the longer cooking time.
