We started this project way before it was necessary. How fast has your world changed? About as fast as mine I'm guessing.

In an effort to continue our service of amazing food and recipes and support we have been working very hard on Immunity Mix; Recipes to boost your immunity and I have to say we are very proud of it! Thanks Team Tenina.

During very trying times for me personally (my mother passed away just as we thought we were about to finish and release the book) and with the complete chaos of coronavirus, the timing wasn't perfect but yet on the other hand, completely perfect.

The recipes in this book are wonderful. We investigated the ingredients and their sources of power and that information is included in the book. We have a medicinal section for the first time in my history of writing recipes.

There are so many things you can do to keep your immunity levels high, other than making and eating these foods of course. But beginning the journey with nutrition, is always going to be the perfect place to start in my opinion.

We know that getting enough sleep and exercise are big factors in immunity as well. Managing stress is another thing you should be looking at, which of course when there is a global pandemic raging, is something pretty hard to control!
Having said that, I do believe that you get to take some of the power back by cooking and consciously adding immunity boosting foods into your diet especially in times like we find ourselves!
