I am a wife and mum and a grandmother of 8 (category incomplete), who fell in love with cooking with my mum as a child, then it was cemented as a 13 year old when I got to work in a cafe for a week for a family friend.
I have written over 60 cookbooks six of which have appeared on the Australian best seller list and this site attracts over 1.3 million page views per month. I love making recipe videos (which I like to think are funny and entertaining as well as instructional). The Insider Club has grown way beyond the boundaries of Australia and it is still amazing to me that we welcome followers from across the globe with people as far away as Columbia, Germany, Chile, Guatemala, the Azores, Kazakhstan and Greece loving my books and sending me email!
I am not afraid of salt, butter or sugar and I believe chocolate is a health food.
