Cumin Flatbread
Make on FrescoI made a delicious salad last week and this was the flat bread I served it on. (Salad recipe coming soon!!) This bread however can be used in any recipe of choice. Think curries, salads, for quesadillas, replace any dish that requires a tortilla or other flat bread with these delicious things.

Need
- 300 Grams bakers flour, pus some more
- 2 Teaspoons pink salt flakes BUY
- 2 Teaspoons golden caster sugar (optional)
- 260 Grams Greek style plain yoghurt
- 2 Tablespoons cumin seed
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 80 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients except EVOO into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6.

Knead 2 min/Interval.

Turn out onto floured breadmat and wrap. Allow to rest for at least 15 minutes.

Divide mixture into 8-10 pieces. Make smaller ones if you wish.

Roll out each flat bread and then heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan to a medium high heat.

Fry each flat bread, turning as they become puffy and golden.

Serve hot immediately with toppings of choice.

OR, wrap in foil and keep warm in a low oven.

OR wrap in plastic and freeze until use.
