Need
- 250 Grams dried figs
- 50 - 60 Grams marzipan (homemade of course) Pistachio Marzipan Christmas Trees
- 200 - 300 Grams chocolate Belgian BUY

Pull the stalks of the figs up out of the fig, so you have something to hold on to and they stand up pertly. (not going there, but you know what I mean!)

Cut a slit into the base of each fig and stuff with as much marzipan you can put in.

Melt chocolate for 5-6 min/37°C/speed 1. Place into small bowl.

Dip each fig into chocolate holding the stalk. Place onto Silpat mat to set.

Redip if you wish. EAT!
