We make so much Ermine frosting around here that we actually forgot how amazing good old plain buttercream can be when you use amazing Pepe Saya butter and of course, Heilala vanilla bean paste! It is delicious. It is also the perfect base for any flavour or colour you would like to add. We have used it with Coffee Sugar Syrup, Spiced Gingerbread Caramel Syrup, Tonka Bean Salted Caramel, Raspberry Coulis and of course any of the doterra oils you can think of. We especially love peppermint (with a drop of green gel colouring) or lemon, (with a drop of yellow of course) So pretty and so punchy. Vanilla is still our fave though. Try and it and see why!
