This is a recipe I came up with for our Immunity Mix cookbook earlier in 2020. I have now used it for way more than a headache balm, though it is great for that of course. I use it as a lip balm and also as an anti hayfever balm not IN my eyes, but near my eyes. Miraculous. I get crazy hayfever in my eyes, they itch until I am ready to scratch them out. (Not a good look!) This balm has saved the day. I rub just a little near my temples and it is enough to calm the itching down. SO, three in one! (Plus of course it has chocolate related ingredients in it! Gotta love that!)

Always use caution when working with pure essential oils. Do a patch test first to see if you are allergic to an essential oil if you have not used it before. If using with children under 12, use half the amount of essential oils.
