Natural Toothpaste
How free range is this kids? Not like me at all! I did use the turmeric toothpaste for ages in my bathroom, until I got over cleaning the sink. The generic toothpaste with no additions is just as good though, if you can get past the salty thing. If you are sick of paying top dollar for tooth whitening preparations, some of which have some pretty scary ingredients, then let this be your alternative. Remember it is salt though, so...salty. Really. Like drinking sea water, almost.
BENEFITS:
The benefits of using salt to clean your teeth include reducing bacteria and plaque, and preventing infection following a dental procedure. The salt flakes in particular are slightly abrasive without damaging your tooth enamel.
Turmeric is known for assisting with teeth whitening, reduced risk of gum pain and inflammation and therefore also reduced gum disease.
Charcoal may improve bad breath.
