No Thermomix required....but don't you hate paying for expensive over the counter remedies that are basically this, without the natural elements? We couldn't do a book about boosting immunity without including a very simple headache cure. Quite often headaches are caused by dehydration when you have a fever, so sipping on this a few times throughout a day when you are not well will definitely help your headache and your wallet.
Need
- 1 Glass of cold water
- 2 limes juice
- 2 Pinches pink salt flakes BUY
- 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
Do

In a glass of cold water add lime juice and salt.
- 2
Add baking soda and stir until it starts to fizz. Drink immediately.
