Raw Ramen Soup
We made this one sunny day for lunch in the test kitchen and it was widely recognised as a hit. Literally a couple of minutes in the making, especially if you own a spiralizer. If you don't, you better sharpen up those knife skills and get slicing. (Which is what we did!)
We loved the flavours, never mind the health benefits. A raw book was discussed...what do you think? Good idea?? This is certainly a great place to begin if you are interested in the raw foodie lifestyle
