Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Super delicious brussels sprouts...who knew? (I love them but 1000's don't!) This recipe may have you changing your mind! They are really really good! Follow all the tips for the best results. Just such a yummy side dish. Enjoy!

- 400 Grams brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 20 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) BUY
- Pink Salt Flakes and pepper to taste BUY
- 1 Shallot diced
- 30 Grams Butter cubed BUY
- 1 Teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Red Chilli Flakes
Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
Place brussels sprouts, EVOO, salt and pepper into a bowl. Toss gently to combine.
Pour into the air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes. Mix them around and add the shallot. Cook for 2-4 minutes until crispy.
Place butter into a bowl. Tip brussels sprouts on top and toss, until the butter melts.
Add red wine vinegar and chilli flakes and stir. Serve immediately.
These work best when cooked in 1 layer. If you have a big air fryer you can increase the amount of brussels sprouts.
Add bacon with the shallots for an extra boost!
