Sweet potato mash made our way in the Thermomix is not just a delicious and creamy side dish but also a nutritionally superior choice compared to regular potato mash. Place sweet potato, water and salt into the Thermomix bowl. Cook 18 min/Varoma/reverse/speed 1.

Drain the water. Insert Butterfly. Add remaining ingredients and whip 20 sec/Butterfly/speed 3.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream and snipped chives with any dishes of your choice!
