Pineapple and Turmeric Jamu Jamu
When I managed to get my one trip to Bali in this year (in January) I was amazed at the jamu jamu bar at Potato Head Club. It inspired me to create a few recipes, all of which now appear on this site. So get to it, and begin enlightenment with jamu...not once, but twice. Jamu jamu! (Jamu means herb, and we have way more than two in these drinks....so does that make them jamu, jamu, jamu?)
