Drinking our brew choc is more than just about flavour, though I never consider eating, drinking anything that at least doesn't have some flavour benefits going for it.

One of the primary advantages of consuming cacao is its high antioxidant content. Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals, reducing oxidative stress and potentially lowering the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and certain cancers.

Cacao is also a natural mood booster, as it contains various compounds that stimulate the release of endorphins and serotonin, promoting feelings of happiness and relaxation. Additionally, cacao is a good source of minerals such as magnesium, iron, and potassium, which are vital for maintaining proper bodily functions.

It can also enhance brain health by improving cognitive function and increasing blood flow to the brain. Cacao has been associated with cardiovascular benefits, as it may help lower blood pressure, improve blood vessel health, and reduce the risk of blood clots.

Although more research is needed, incorporating pure cacao into a balanced diet may contribute to optimal stem cell function and in fact the production of new stem cells. (HOLD THE PHONE!)

So in case you still don't have any...drinking Brew Choc daily, can be a delightful way to reap all of these health-promoting benefits.

Then there is the whole medicinal honey thing! Please go and read all about that HERE. You will be astonished. Honey, raw honey is something you should also be eating on the daily.

You're welcome...we have combined these two fantastic foods, in this dairy free, deliciously decadent and very good for you treat for winter.
