Prana Chai Date Smoothie
The perfect on the run breakfast, or after workout pick me up. This will do double duty with giving you energy and keeping you full until dinner.
Time to make a date with Prana Chai. If you haven't already met, it is time to introduce you to our favourite sticky chai. Handcrafted in Melbourne, this delicious stuff will change how you feel about chai forever. Just opening the package is tempting enough. We were lucky enough to be asked to create a few recipes for the company, and this is one of those.
This smoothie is what I would call an after workout pick me up. Make and take. Get it organised before the gym and you are going to have so much more to look forward to after working hard AT the gym.

Need
- 50 Grams dates fresh or dried
- 30 Grams honey
- 1 frozen banana, in pieces
- 300 Grams or cashew milk
- 4 Tablespoons Prana Chai Concentrate Recipe
- 30 Grams fresh lemon juice
- 200 Grams ice cubes or as needed
- berries of choice to serve
- 1-2 Tablespoons Prana Chai Granola to serve Recipe
Do
- 1
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Blend 2 min/speed 10.

Serve with fruit of choice and granola on top. Of course we used the fantastic Prana Chai Granola...breakfast on the go!
