A TA rating on honey refers to the Total Activity rating, a measure of its antibacterial properties. The higher the TA number, the higher the strength of the antibacterial and health benefits, making it a valuable choice for both culinary and medicinal purposes.
NOW...we are working with amazing honey brand Honey For Life and although their honey ratings are amongst the highest in the world, we suggest you save the TA 40+ for taking as a medicinal teaspoonful every day other than using it in this delicious Christmas cocktail. (Or any other time of year cocktail actually!) Of course Honey for Life does have other more regular honey, and they are all delicious and all highly recommended. Check them out, then chin chin and look at you. The Bee's Knees indeed.
