Pocky Sticks
Homemade Chocolate-Covered Biscuit Sticks (Better than store-bought!) But you knew that.
If you love the classic Japanese snack Pocky, you’re going to adore making them from scratch. These crisp biscuit sticks are dipped in silky chocolate and can be customised with endless toppings; think crushed nuts, sprinkles, coconut, or even freeze-dried berries. (Though we ended up sticking with some of the fun sprinkles I have accumulated over the years!) They’re fun to bake, perfect for gifting, and dangerously easy to eat by the handful. Once you try homemade Pocky sticks, you’ll never go back to the packet.
