Hazelnut and Blue Cheese Shortbread
Making your own savoury shortbread biscuits has never been easier or tastier. With the addition of walnuts and blue cheese, you'll fall in love.
I cracker myself up sometimes...these are just what the doc ordered for a cheese platter or grazing table that needs something a little bit fancy schmancy when it comes to crackers. I do have a LOAD of cracker/flat bread recipes, you should really do a little search if you are in the market for such a thing. However, these are as good as any of them...and pretty good on their own just quietly.
Hope you love them too!
