This book is not only a collection of recipes to take your curries to new heights, but you can create your own unique curries as well. All with your favourite appliance, the Thermomix!

'Curry' is a variety of dishes originating in the Indian subcontinent that use a complex combination of spices or herbs, usually including ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, and fresh or dried chilies. In southern India, where the word originated, curry leaves, from the curry tree, are also an integral ingredient. Curry is generally prepared in a sauce.

Having said that, our Currying Flavour book has a curry sauce from France! Yes...France. And we love it the most. (Well I do!)

Due to the mass movement of people around the world, curries appear in almost every cuisine where there is an Indian population, no matter how far back! There is a massive Indian population in South America, and I have yet to figure out what the melting pot of those flavours would be. (It's on my travel list!)

This book has curry recipes from around the world and then of course all of the accompaniments that you normally expect with a curry like pappadums, naan, and rice dishes. The book will make you a curry expert. You will be whipping up curries of your own in no time using the pastes and sauces that then have suggestions on how to use them for your own flavours. It is almost a curry tutorial.
