We used Thai basil, but you can use any basil, we also garnished with the Thai basil flowers which I just love as they are teensy and a bright punch of colour!

Need
- 500 Grams Greek yoghurt
- 200 Milliliters coconut milk Recipe
- 6 Thai basil leaves plus some more for garnish
- 50 Grams honey
- 20 Grams shelled pistachios roughly chopped
Do

Place all ingredients, except pistachios into the Thermomix or food processor bowl and blend on high until well combined. You could add ice if you wished. (about 1 minute is great!)

Serve garnished with the pistachios and a basil leaf.
