Basil Honey LassiMake on Drop
Another LIVE video recipe for you, whipped up in no time and on here waiting for you to get it sorted! SO easy, so refreshing and I love how pretty it looks. We used Thai basil, but you can use any basil, we also garnished with the Thai basil flowers which I just love as they are teensy and a bright punch of colour!
Hope you love it, we downed them in no time...you may want to consider doubling the recipe, it will work just as well!

- 500 Grams Greek yoghurt
- 200 Milliliters Coconut Milk
- 6 Thai basil leaves plus some more for garnish
- 50 Grams Honey
- 20 Grams Shelled Pistachio roughly chopped
Place all ingredients, except pistachios into the Thermomix or food processor bowl and blend on high until well combined. You could add ice if you wished. (about 1 minute is great!)
Serve garnished with the pistachios and a basil leaf.
