Almond Oat Bars
Our latest doTERRA book Power Snacking is selling well across the world and so I thought I would share one of the recipes with you to whet your appetite. If you love healthy snacks pre-gym, after gym, after school or at work, this is the book for you! Savoury, sweet and easy to make and carry with you!
I love essential oils for flavour but given there are so many health benefits as well, I think it is a good idea to follow this few simple rule.
Most oils are going to be better when added after a heating process has occurred in a recipe. This will preserve both flavour and the health benefits. So add EO towards the end of cooking where possible.
These granola/muesli bars are going to last for ages in the fridge if you don't remember they are there...but you should probably think about making 2 batches.
I do sell a couple of my fave flaves of EO at retail prices in my store, but to access essential oils for the wholesale price, head over HERE and create an account to purchase with big savings. There is no minimum order or monthly requirement, so don't worry about that.
