You can store the premade syrup in the fridge, then simply add it to hot milk or cold milk on demand…on demand…sounds like my house…or maybe even this blog?? Yes, I am talking to you!

Need
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken in 2
- 1 Tablespoon white peppercorns
- 10 cardamom pods
- 1 Tablespoon fennel seeds
- 5 cloves
- 1 vanilla bean, broken in 2
- 40 Grams fresh ginger sliced
- 50 Grams Brew Choc granules BUY
- 150 Grams honey or coconut sugar
- 1.2 Litre water
- 1 - 2 Cups hot milk

Place everything except milk into Thermomix bowl and infuse 10 min/90ºC/speed 1.

Let mixture steep for around 10 minutes. Strain or press and add hot milk to serve. Stir through and reheat if necessary.

Add approximately half syrup to hot frothy milk and garnished with a few edible flowers.

Serve immediately or store spiced syrup in fridge until use.
