I have said this many times all over social media and at classes, online blah blah. I am not big on green smoothies. I don’t enjoy punishment in food form! But if it tastes good, I am all there, with bells on. I love greens, I eat them all the time, I just don’t like drinking them I guess. So, after the excesses of Christmas, and knowing I had kale in the fridge, I decided to give a green smoothie idea a try and this is it. I drank it no problems. With pleasure even! For me the texture is super important. No mulch for me...it has to be silky smooth...smoothie...as the name suggests! If you like a smoother smoothie, just add blending time and ice. Ice will help break down the fibre as well.

If I ever have plans for a smoothie ebook, this will be in it! Enjoy!
