We know spaghetti is not 'noodles' strictly speaking, but they act in exactly the same way of course. This dinner is quick, delicious, and so simple that you will return to it again and again. Toss that pasta water in to make it saucy, leave it out for a drier noodle dish. Add veggies, we are thinking, shredded carrot or radish, spinach or bok choy, more onion, there are limitless possibilities to add to this. No Thermomix required...unless you want to whip out the cutter.
