Pistachio Biscuits

Makes 14-18 Prep Time 10 minutes   Cook Time 10 minutes   Rated:

I love pistachio anything. In my new book I have created a Pistachio Paste, which you should really try, good on it’s own, but really good in the Pistachio Pudding recipe, also in the new book. But I digress!!

These are not macarons, but close to a pistachio version of such a thing. SO good. You will love them. Pretty sure. And gluten free! (You’re welcome!)
