Need
- 3 spring onions, roughly chopped
- 200 Grams smoked salmon, roughly chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- pink salt flakes and pepper to taste BUY
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 250 Grams cream cheese
Do

Place spring onions into Thermomix bowl and chop 2 sec/speed 6.

Add all remaining ingredients and blend 10 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 4.

Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
