Low-carb diets have been controversial for decades.
Some people assert that these diets raise cholesterol and cause heart disease due to their high fat content.
However, in most scientific studies, low-carb diets prove their worth as healthy and beneficial. The high fat content has the feeling full effect which is the most common side effect of dieting and usually leads to you falling off the wagon.
I do not pretend to be a dietician nor an expert on what is right for you. However I have created a bunch of low carb Thermomix recipes that you can put into your diet if you are going down this path. I hope you enjoy them and that you lose some kilos if that is your aim! I am all about flavour and these recipes follow that personal mantra!
