Air Fryer Skinless Pork and Beef Sausages
I have always loved sausages since my dad cooked them over our open fire when I was just a girl. The almost burnt outsides with the piping hot insides, salty, dare I say greasy, umami heaven! I have made my own periodically for one project or another and so when the AIrFryer came on the scene it was a natural solution to frying them the traditional way, which when sausages are skinless, can be tricky. They are perfect in the AirFryer, they don't take long and well, delish! You be the judge!
