Place shallots into Thermomix bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 6.

Scrape down sides of bowl and add capers, tomatoes, wine, zest, juice & stock.

Cook 8 min/100°C/speed 2.

Add fettuccine and cook 8 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 2.

5  

Add cream and cook 3 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 1*.

6  

Add smoked salmon, spinach & seasoning & stir through for 1 min/100°C/Reverse/speed 2.

7  

Serve hot with parmesan and herbs to taste.
