To make the meatballs, place garlic, ginger and carrot into the Thermomix bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 6. Add remaining ingredients, except mince. Combine 10 sec/speed 5.

Place mince in a large bowl. Pour the mixture on top and combine thoroughly by hand. Form into roughly 24 meatballs.

Heat a splash of EVOO in a wok over high heat. Add meatballs. Cook until well browned.

4

To make the sauce, place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl. Mix 10 sec/speed 6.

5

Add sauce to wok, cook for 5 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook, covered for 10 minutes. Or until broccoli is just tender. Cook uncovered until sauce has reduced a little.

6

Cook egg noodles as per packet instructions.

7

Serve sticky meatballs over a bowl of noodles. Alternatively, toss noodles through meatballs and then plate up. Garnish with sesame seeds.
