Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Loaf

Serves 6 Prep Time 30 minutes   Cook Time 1 hours   Rated:

A golden, cheesy garlic loaf stuffed with saucy spaghetti – the ultimate crowd-pleasing comfort food made easy in the Thermomix.

This idea originated when SOMEWHERE, long long ago and in Italy SOMEWHERE, I saw a dish being prepared in a restaurant that was a frypan full of saucy pasta, that was then covered over with a pizza dough and sealed, then baked in the pizza oven and served to the table in the pan. I have yet to do that version, but this is not unlike it in theory!

WE LOVED it, by the way and I think you will too. A lot naughty and very carbolicious, your kids will definitely love it too...is there a kid out there who doesn't order spaghetti from the kids menu when eating out? I suggest making two loaves at once and freezing one completely assembled for that midweek dinner you just cannot be bothered organising. Straight from freezer to oven, it will be perfect.

Cue the green salad and dinner is served.

Yum.

8

In a large bowl mix together the bolognese and spaghetti. Fill the garlic bread loaves with spaghetti and top with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with a green salad.
