Amaze-Balls

by Tenina Holder

Not unlike the famous Power Balls, these little amaze balls can have so many variations. I just like the idea of whacking in whatever I have in the pantry or freezer together into good ole thermie and blending it up to make something actually good for you and pretty tasty to boot. These are incredibly easy, with or without a Thermomix, if you have a high speed blender, just as simple.

One of my boys has just started a casual labouring job, and these are standard weekday morning tea now! Lots of energy, make them as big or as small as you like…enjoy with a hot or a cold Crio, (or coffee) and just feel the goodness give you energy! You don’t have to toast the nuts and seeds, but if you do be careful, the higher the fat content the quicker they cook

Need

  • 350 g pecans, toasted
  • 100 g sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 100 g pepitas, toasted
  • 60 g Cacao - Powder cacao powder BUY
  • 30 g pure maple syrup
