- 100 g banana, frozen, in pieces
- 1 tsp Vanilla - Bean Paste vanilla bean paste BUY
- 3 Drop doTERRA Oils cinnamon bark oil BUY
- 50 g pecans
- 200 g milk of choice
- 100 g yoghurt
- 30 g maple syrup
- 30 g rolled oats
- Ice to taste
Place all ingredients into TM bowl and blend 2 min/speed 10. Serve!
