Need
- 300 Grams almonds
- 2 Cups water, plus 1L additional filtered water
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes BUY
- a couple of peppercorns
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cardamom
- 3 Drops doTERRA cinnamon bark oil BUY
- 1 Drop doTERRA Oils clove BUY
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 6-8 dates pitted
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup

Soak almonds for a few hours in the 2 cups of water. Drain and rinse.

Place the almonds and carrot into the Thermomix bowl with 1L of water. Blend 2 min/speed 10.

Strain through a nut milk bag and remove the solids.

Return the milk to the Thermomix bowl with additional water if desired, and all remaining ingredients. Blend 1 min/speed 10. Refrigerate until use.

Not a doTERRA user? Replace the cinnamon bark and clove oils with a pinch of the dried spices instead. It will not be as potent, but will still be delicious.
