If you are always wondering what to do with your leftover buttermilk after making all that butter we have you onto, here is a great way to use it. A little tangy, it just adds that little something to offset the blueberry sweetness. Good morning! Time to wake up!

If you wished to add other berries of choice, or even some beetroot, it will work together. Berries are very good for helping you detox from heavy metals that are in our environment.

If you have mercury fillings. Check.

If you have had mercury fillings removed. Check.

If you have ever had x-rays. Check.

Have ever had flu shots. Check.

Have ever used conventional deodorants. Check.

Need

  • 300 Grams buttermilk
  • 150 Grams milk of choice
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste BUY
  • 250 Grams blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 bananas, cut into pieces, frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Do

Place milks and vanilla bean paste into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 10. Pour into separate jug and set aside.

Place remaining ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 10.

Divide between 2 tall glasses.

Pour milk mixture on top and swirl with a spoon.

Drink immediately.
