- 300 Grams buttermilk
- 150 Grams milk of choice
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste BUY
- 250 Grams blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1-2 bananas, cut into pieces, frozen
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Do

Place milks and vanilla bean paste into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 10. Pour into separate jug and set aside.

Place remaining ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 10.

Divide between 2 tall glasses.

Pour milk mixture on top and swirl with a spoon.

Drink immediately.
