This very easy to make smoothie bowl is full of flavour and good health. The kids will just LOVE making it with you.
My grandkids all live overseas...well nearly all of them and the last 2 are leaving me in January to live in the USA. SO I thought it would be fun to film some little recipes with the kids, Macie is my granddaughter and if you listen hard you can hear she has a little American accent even though she is born and raised in OZ! She can switch on the Aussie accent at will though, so it's pretty cute.
Anyway, this recipe was originally intended to look like a blue Frozen (as in Disney) smoothie bowl, but of course, blueberries are anything but blue! They are totally delicious regardless though and how cute are the helpers???
Loved doing this project, would you like to see more cooking with kids? Please let me know.
