- 120 Grams raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 Teaspoon beetroot powder
- 100 Grams acai fruit, frozen, in cubes
- 100 Grams dragon fruit, frozen in cubes
- 150 Grams coconut milk Recipe
- 3 Drops doTERRA lime oil BUY
- 3 Drops doTERRA wild orange oil BUY
- 3 Drops doTERRA Oils tangerine BUY

The garnishes

Place all ingredients except garnishes into the Thermomix bowl and blend 1 min/speed 8. Scrape into bowls.

If you are using a Nutribullet, place all of the heavy items (frozen fruit etc) into the bottom (which then becomes the top once inserted onto the base) finishing up with the leafy items so they are down near the blades initially. Blend as long as needed to combine. Never more than 1 minute.
