What is not to love about this slice? We are addicted. I don't often make something more than once, after it has been tested and published, but this?

Sometimes an idea just comes together...and this is it! I cannot stop eating this. I know I shouldn't but it is pretty irresistible.

If you love a good no-bake treat, this ANZAC Caramilk Slice is about to become your new obsession! With a crunchy ANZAC biscuits throughout, a rich and creamy Caramilk (or we call it gold topping), and just the right amount of salty sweetness, it's the kind of slice that’s impossible to stop at just one piece. The buttery golden syrup flavors of the ANZAC biscuits pair perfectly with the smooth, caramelised white chocolate, making every bite absolutely irresistible. Whether you're whipping up a quick dessert for a gathering or just treating yourself, this slice is guaranteed to disappear fast!

I think you could even make this PRIOR to Easter, it is that chocolatey...call it an Easter Caramilk Slice, that just happens to have ANZAC day covered as well. Two great reasons to make it more than once.

Easter weekend and ANZAC day are looking delicious.

Need

Do

1

Line a small slice tin with baking paper. We actually used a loaf tin so that the slice was deep along with the chocolate. YUM.

2

Place ANZAC biscuits into the Thermomix bowl. Crush 3 sec/speed 6. Set aside.

3

Place chocolate, butter and condensed milk into the Thermomix bowl. Melt 5 min/60°C/speed 2.

4

Add the crushed biscuits, vanilla and salt. Combine 6 sec/speed 5.

5

Pour into prepared tin.

6

Place remaining chocolate into the Thermomix bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 6. Add coconut oil and melt 2 min/60°C/speed 2. Spread over the slice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into cubes. It is hard to eat just one piece of this. Be warned.
