These could be my favourite blondie yet...make them today to see if they are yours too.

We have discussed blondies in several places on this site, but in essence, a blondie is a dense, sweet dessert bar similar to a brownie but made without cocoa. It typically contains brown sugar, butter, flour, and often includes vanilla and white chocolate or nuts. Blondies have a rich, caramel-like flavor and a chewy texture. Add some buttercream and pistachio paste and this is next level, mouthwateringly good cakery.

We love sharing our favourite recipes on here of course, and we trust there are none that don't work perfectly for you each time, but these are SO good. You must pin this recipe and get them made the very next time you need a special occasion family treat.

Make sure you pin some of these as well...we are the site to head to for blondies and brownies:
