Raw Caramel Blondies

Well, last year, (as in 2014) I decided to do a Raw Project. It never got off the ground, largely because I just don't feel strongly enough about the raw food movement to do a whole project about it...luckily for you as the results are ending up on here, one by one....dribble fed...raw! If you are a true raw foodist, you should soak and dry the nuts, if you are like me, not so rawthentic, then you could use roasted nuts.

These are really a great treat, whether you are a rawbie or not, and to be honest, the speed with which these can be batched up and in your mouth is almost frightening. They do benefit from a little time in the fridge before eating...and you may wish to double the mixture. YUM. (Sort of guilt free...sort of new years resolution-ish, sort of...)

Place all ingredients except cacao nibs into TM bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 7. Press into a silicone muffine mould and refrigerate.

Turn out and decorate with the cacao nibs. Store in fridge or freezer.
