Steamed Lemon Custard

Serves 6 Prep Time 5 minutes   Cook Time 25 minutes   Rated:

Hello Lemonliscious! I love all things lemon and this is no exception. It is fluffy and light and really lovely in the winter straight from the steam oven. But also completely summery straight from the fridge...the perfect lemon hit. If you wanted to add something crunchy you could serve with Langues de Chat Dessert Biscuits or even Ginger Nut Biscuits (Cookies). They are also fantastic with all the berries...whatever ones you fancy or are in season. Let your inner Masterchef do the decorating...Enjoy!

BENEFITS:

Lemon oil is calming in nature and therefore helps in removing mental fatigue, exhaustion, dizziness, anxiety, nervousness, and nervous tension. It is also good for your skin!
