Super reds in both fruit and veggies are so good for you, packed with nutrients and always delicious. We know you will love this one.

When you begin to read the Revive and Thrive Challenge benefits (listed on each recipe), it makes you wonder if you could have smoothies instead of a meal. Well not quite, but for me as a non breakfast eater, they are all certainly enough to get me through the morning with a clear head, full tummy and loads of energy.

Lead on my lovely blenders...at five days in, you should be feeling great by now!

BENEFITS:

Beetroot can support the health of your brain, heart, and digestive system, be a great addition to a balanced diet, boost athletic performance, help alleviate inflammation, and possibly slow the growth of cancer cells.

Acai berries are loaded with powerful plant compounds that act as antioxidants and could have benefits for your brain, heart and overall health. They also deliver healthy fats and fibre.

Whole apples are an extremely healthy food and eating them is linked to a lower risk of many major diseases, including diabetes and cancer. Plus the soluble fibre content may promote weight loss and gut health.

Raspberries are low in calories but high in fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They may protect against diabetes, cancer, obesity, arthritis and other conditions and may even provide anti-aging effects. (Boom, raspberries every day from now on!)
