Vanilla Ganache (V8 Cake)
OK, so I tried to take a pic of this in it's own right, but none of them were as pretty as this pic, so here you have it. The Vanilla Ganache is second layer from the top in all its glory. You must agree...yummy looking here right? Just one part of the Vanilla Thriller Slice, it is delicious in its own right. So feel free to play around by adding oils of choice and creating a truffle to die for! I was thinking they would be marvellous rolled in a crunchy biscuit/cookie coating. But then, that is how I roll...literally!

Need
- 300 Grams chocolate white, in pieces BUY
- 1 vanilla bean, roasted
- 180 Grams cream
- 1 Teaspoon cornflour or cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste BUY
- 100 Grams unsalted butter cut into pieces BUY
Do

Place chocolate and vanilla bean into the Thermomix bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

Add remaining ingredients and mix 2 min/speed 8 until thick and creamy. It will look like it is splitting, but trust the process, it will come back.

Remove from the Thermomix bowl and set aside.

Spread on top of Vanilla Almond Crunch Layer as directed, when making the Vanilla Thriller Cake.
