Wild Orange Shortbread Slice is slightly sweeter, but still delicious and fragrant and well, orange-y! Bring it on. Base
- 250 Grams pkg Walkers Shortbread biscuits
- 60 Grams butter melted BUY
- 3 Drops doTERRA wild orange oil BUY
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla bean paste BUY

Topping
- 4 eggs
- 2 oranges, zest and juice
- 70 Grams flour
- 200 Grams golden caster sugar
- 10 Drops doTERRA wild orange oil BUY
- icing sugar and orange zest to garnish

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 16cm square cake tin with baking paper that comes up over the sides for easy removal.

Place all base ingredients into Thermomix bowl and blend 15 sec/speed 8.

Press into prepared tin and bake 10 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven temperature to 160°C.

To make topping, place all ingredients except orange juice into Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/speed 8.

Add orange juice and blend 20 sec/speed 8.

Pour onto base and bake 20 minutes or until centre is just a little bit wobbly, but set.

Cool before cutting into squares and dusting generously with icing sugar. Garnish with more finely grated orange zest.
