ANZAC Slice
All the flavour of classic ANZAC biscuits, baked once, sliced and done.
If you love ANZAC biscuits but don’t love rolling, shaping and babysitting trays, this ANZAC slice is your new best friend. It’s got the same golden syrup chew, coconut goodness and chewy, oaty crunch you expect, just baked in one pan and sliced up at the end. Less fuss, fewer dishes, and honestly? It’s just as good as the cookies, if not better. Perfect for lunchboxes, bake sales or a quiet cup of tea moment that somehow turns into a second slice.
