Why You’ll Love This Iced Kefir Latte (Beyond the Taste!)
Not only is this drink creamy, cooling, and downright delicious, it’s also secretly good for you:
Probiotic powerhouse – Milk kefir is loaded with beneficial bacteria and yeasts that support a healthy gut microbiome.
Easier to digest – The fermentation process in kefir reduces lactose, making it gentler on digestion than regular milk.
Healthy fats for sustained energy – Coconut cream is rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which provide a slow, steady release of energy without the crash.
Supports immunity – Kefir’s probiotics and coconut’s lauric acid work together to help your immune system stay strong.
Naturally cooling – Perfect for hot days when you want a chilled coffee that’s light yet satisfying.
