Cardamom and Persimmon Lassi
Quicker than the time it takes to pour it into glasses this delicious cooling lassi is just what the doctor ordered on curry night Better get blending
I love a good hot curry...and when they are too hot, or your palate is just taking its time adjusting to the new heat range, iced water doesn't help cool anything down. A refreshing, beautiful lassi on the other hand does. This is super quick, delicately flavoured, (which is perfect for curry night as you don't want to confuse things too much!) lassi is the recipe you need to have on hand. You can pre-make it and have it in the fridge, though I have to say, room temperature over ice works too.
Curry on....nothing to see hear folks!
